At Purely, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
- Include proof of purchase.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We’re happy to help.
If your requested size is available, we’ll exchange your hoodie. If it’s out of stock, we’ll issue a refund once your return has been received and inspected.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
