Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is placed.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been processed:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipment has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Purely is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Purely is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, our support team will gladly do our best to help.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
